Mr Jacques is recognised and fee-assured by all major medical insurance providers. If you have medical insurance, please contact your provider for an authorisation number prior to arranging a consultation. Depending on your policy terms, there may be an excess fee or shortfall in reimbursement, which is the responsibility of the patient.
If we agree that you require surgical treatment, it is advisable to check again with your insurer that this is fully funded.
Self-funding patients
Consultation fees for patients funding their own care are:
Initial consultation
Follow-up consultation
In recognition of the fact that cosmetic rhinoplasty patients may wish to see more than one surgeon before going ahead with surgery, initial consultations about cosmetic rhinoplasty are charged at the follow-up rate (£250). Further consultations before and after surgery for cosmetic patients are free of charge (facility fees may be applicable).
We aim to make the costs of care as simple and transparent as possible. Mr Jacques does not personally charge any additional procedure fees for nasal endoscopy, ear microsuction or other in-clinic procedures.
However, additional fees (known as facility fees) are charged by the hospital or clinic for procedures when carried out as part of your consultation. These fees are set by the hospital and invoiced separately. For example, when nasal endoscopic examination is performed, a separate charge of £120-£210 is payable to the clinic itself for use of equipment, depending on location.
If you have any questions about fees, please contact us and a full quote will be provided.
