Chronic rhinosinusitis (CRS) is a complex condition, with significant effects on the quality of life of patients who have it. Having a good understanding of CRS helps patients to seek the best care and get the most out of their treatments.
EPOS for Patients is an innovative educational document, aimed at helping people with CRS understand their condition, and the available medical and surgical treatments.
It was created by a group of leading specialists in sinus disease across Europe, led by Professor Claire Hopkins, and was published in April 2021. Mr Jacques was part of the writing team and contributed the chapter on CRS without nasal polyps.
